these cookies are the best especially if they are sent to you without notice. its like a nice surprise sweet treat i love having it. the cookies are always so great and they come so fast. the workers are also great and they have ice cream in the store if you want ice cream

The cookies are warm and delicious. It is located on the main street. I didn't like that the parking was across a busy street or upstairs by having to go through a building down the stairs, out the door to get to its location. The snickerdoddle and the double chocalate mint would be somethings that I woild purchase again. The staff was welcoming and efficient.

Tried this place for the 1st time!! DISAPPOINTED big time! Nothing special cookies with gourmet prices! Plus the staff OVERCHARGED me for caramel sauce on a Brownie, $6 for Caramel drizzle!?!? Seriously!?!? And the girl who rang me up didn't even finish the order, she was in a hurry to clock out and get out of there! $30 for 6 tiny regular cookies and 2 Brownies? RIP OFF!!

I love insomnia cookies but these are sorry excuse of a Pillsbury cookies in a bag. They were so dry, so crusty, flavors were awful and looked like they were store bought or were made last week. I spent $9 on the 3 worse cookies of my life.

We ordered a brownie with ice cream on top. I immediately said something about brownie being cold and asked for it to be heated. Lady working told me know and they come out of a warmer. I could not eat most of my brownie because ice cream made it hard. Very disappointed. For staff members working all setting in back playing on there phones. My first time was a huge disappointment

Really good cookies and great service. I loved the way the cookies were baked, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ice cream was really good too. My only complaint is that I don't have a credit card and they didn't take cash which is slightly weird to me that a store won't take the primary currency of the country it's located at. It wasn't too big of a deal I just had my friend pay for me and payed her back. Just make sure you bring a card with you, everything else was excellent.
