This is a great restaurant, quick and casual, right near Virginia Tech within walking distance from campus. There is plenty of parking as well, which is a benefit for being downtown. The food is excellent. Had a spicy bowl, fried dumplings, and House made tea, which were all excellent. The prices are very reasonable and it’s a nice upgrade from similar places downtown. I grew up in Taiwan and it is so hard to find food that feels like it compares, especially Beef Noodle Soup. This is the best place for Beef Noodle soup (make sure you get the knife cut noodles) I've had in the US, it smells like home the minute you walk in! Plus it has one of the best tea places in Blacksburg just next door!
The food was fresh and tasty! I got the noodle bowl with chicken and pork and customized it with my choice of vegetables and the type of noodles and sauce. I love that the bowls are completely customizable.
