Junzi gotta be my favorite restaurant in Blacksburg. I love the half rice and half salad combo. The pepper steak is my goto dish. Can’t get enough of it. They constantly add new dishes to the menu which always surprises me how tasty they are. Highly recommended! Their reward mechanism actually brings the price down to a reasonable level.
Arrived about an hour before closing, all chairs up on the tables, empty, with 1 employee. Had dumplings which were small but good flavor. Seeing lots of food sitting out for who knows how long dissuaded us from ordering make-your-own bowls.
This is a great restaurant, quick and casual, right near Virginia Tech within walking distance from campus. There is plenty of parking as well, which is a benefit for being downtown. The food is excellent. Had a spicy bowl, fried dumplings, and House made tea, which were all excellent. The prices are very reasonable and it’s a nice upgrade from similar places downtown.
