Owens Food Court is hands-down one of the best campus dining spots you can find. The variety is amazing — from international dishes to fresh grill options — and everything tastes great. The food is consistently fresh, portions are generous, and the staff works fast even during busy hours.
It’s the perfect place for students to grab a good meal without the long wait. Clean, convenient, and reliably delicious. Truly the highlight of VT dining.

Small portions for price
Bathrooms have no urinals - bunch of tiny claustrophobic coffin stalls.

Average dining experience, pretty expensive and some workers skim the meat. Overall not bad, but not good experience.

Tazon gives crazy small portions. Definitely not worth the $ saw the guys in front get double the amount of food than me without even asking

I don’t often come to Owen’s, but when I do it’s usually a Variabowl. They’re inexpensive and pretty healthy. However, those can be a bit of a hit-or-miss. Sometimes the bowl is made really well, and other times it’s messy and also soggy. My favorites would be the Thai and Mediterranean bowls. Indian and Korean are still solid though.I’ve had Wǎn once, and I didn’t like it cause it was very much not authentic Asian food. I’ve had Tazon a few times and they’re pretty solid. I’ve also heard Frank’s sandwiches are great, I’ve just never gotten the chance to try one.I do like the eating area though. There’s a lot of space and it’s pretty clean and spacious.
Dietary restrictions: I had a friend who got a severe peanut allergic reaction due to contamination in his food. I also saw someone get denied a refund when they had meat in their food, despite specifically requesting not to.
