“Best FRESH pasta in the new river valley!!! Every Wednesday and Saturday I wake up so excited to come eat not your mamas pasta!!! The cheesey carbonara is a party in my mouth. They have such a wide variety from breakfast pasta, an amazing red sauce, pizzas, egg sandwiches (Omg DELICIOUS), burgers are INSANELY good and don’t even get me started on the pumpkin cannolis!!! I love this place!! Everything is handmade and fresh!! It doesn’t get any better than this!! They always have new dishes every week and they are to die forrr. If you haven’t made a stop at Not Your Mama’s Pasta make sure you do next time you’re walking around the market!! You will not regrets your decision!! “Stopped in after my daughter’s swim meet. She had the Shrimp Alfredo and I had the Greek Salad with a medium rare salmon. I make the best shrimp Alfredo around and daughter agreed that I did until she had this. It was creamy and the shrimp was prepared to perfection. My salad was fresh with olives cut in a great size. The salmon was beyond belief. We will be back.“
