This group really did a great job! Well organized, great staff, excellent service, and the food was really good. The chicken was juicy and really tasty and the garlic green beans were awesome! The deserts tasted homemade (a staff member said they made the cookies that morning).
Went to a banquet last night catered by Professional Catering. The food was great and the staff was super friendly. Our glasses were never empty and they checked on the tables often. A friend needed gluten free and they were all set for that and she was really pleased. I’ve gone to this annual banquet for several years; this was the first catered by this group and was the best by far!
Had the pleasure of working with them this weekend. And the name says it all! Completely professional. They’re amazing! Showed up on time. Able to accommodate and think on the fly. Everyone enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!
