“First time eating at a ramen shop and I absolutely loved it! I got the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen and it was amazing. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth was very flavorful (but not too strong), and the toppings were generous. I also tried some of my friend’s Inferno Ramen and it was just as delicious.We sat at the bar and it was really cool to watch the ramen being cooked in front of us. The staff are very nice and quick to clean off tables. The overall place was kept very clean despite there being a large number of customers. I will definitely come again, hopefully soon!Vegetarian options: I saw a vegetarian ramen option on the menu“
