“Honestly didn’t plan on ending up here, but there wasn’t much open at 10 PM on a Sunday evening. I know a lot of people come here for late night drunk food, but I decided to give it a try with my family.

First of all, we’re Chinese, so we ordered off of the Chinese menu instead of the English one, which has much more authentic dishes. The food was very good! My only issue was the ambiance- there were a ton of bugs in the restaurant because of the lights just outside the restaurant on the ceiling of the strip mall. The plaza is also quite sus at night.

Service was also great, but I feel being and speaking Chinese helped.“

“As a long-term Panera customer and former employee, I have been enjoying Panera for over 20 years. Even as a former 10+ year employee I still enjoy eating here. 1st time at Blacksburg Panera and it was excellent. Staff were friendly and outgoing. Food was made quickly and tasted great.“

“Very nice the waiter checked on us a lot so very nice didn't wait long for the order only thing made me upset that she didn't hear when I said I wanted a spike strawberry lemon and just brought the regular strawberry lemonade but other than that very nice experience.“
