This is my usual Starbucks, service is always friendly and helpful. Most importantly the drinks are very consistent

I’d say about average for Starbucks I’ve been to (which is actually pretty good for the industry). Baristas are often quite backed up – they could probably use one or two more on shift at times. Often quite busy, other than the last hour or so of open time.
Honestly, they could use more space for sitting, but that’s not going to happen I would imagine, as there is really nowhere to expand to.
I’m actually not a coffee drinker, so I can’t speak to that. But I am a “tea guy“ and I am generally pleased with the strength and quality of tea I get (Black teas). Also like that they have heavy cream available (not just half-and-half), and that you get free refills as a rewards member.
Sadly, being a college town, it’s amazing that Starbucks is actually one of the less expensive coffee shops around here.

Dietary restrictions: Quite a few dairy free options for drinks, quite a few egg free (although no “fake egg“ items). Haven’t seen any gluten-free bakery items.

Parking: Not worth paying to park to go to a Starbucks – very little bit of street parking available, and the parking garage will give you half hour free, but the vast majority of people going to this Starbucks or on foot or bike.

Kid-friendliness: Haven’t actually brought, or even seen any, kids there yet, but they would be no problem, I’d say.

Wheelchair accessibility: Quite tight. Could work.

Just a nice little campus Starbucks. I do wish they had plugs for laptops when you're sitting outside, but I can't fault them for the building design haha. Nice people working the counter. Well kept and clean place. It can get pretty crazy busy during the school year but during the summer it's the perfect chill spot!

I would've given 0 stars for service if I could. Today was the limit. I've had to take out some time to really complain.I have always received an incorrect order, be it in-store or mobile order. This time, I was given a completely different order to what i had ordered (ordered mango dragonfruit refresher with two scoops dragon fruit, received strawberry refresher with 3 tiny chunks of strawberry). I didn't have enough time to wait and get the order redone so just mentioned that the order was missing two scoops of dragonfruit. The first guy just read the tag again, asked the employee who prepared it, murmured something to each other and told me that the order is correct. I had to mention again what was missing, after which they finally added two scoops, closed the lid and actually SLAMMED the drink on the counter. I have worked in the dining sector too and have never done nor seen this being done before.The food and drinks are usually good. The croissants are usually old and soggy hence the three stars. I haven't tried anything else.

This store was the worst service I have ever received in the food industry. This was also the first time I have ever took the time out of my day to make a formal complaint with the company as well. It was just that bad of an experience.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever had. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. My croissant was burned on the edges and ice cold in the middle. The staff were all horribly rude. I dont know what happened to this store, but there is no way that I'll be going here again with so many other options in the area

Good Starbucks close to campus. No drive-through so it's quieter, and the staff are so nice.

Gave me the wrong order and acted like I should just take whatever that was heated up. No apologies initiated from any of the staff. Worst Starbucks franchise I have been to.
