I bought a cup of black coffee at the drive up window. This happened months ago and I’m just now getting to my review. The lid wasn’t secure well and while setting it in my cup holder the lid came off and my hand was burned. The coffee was so hot I could not drink it and the cup lost its stiffness and the lid would not seat. This lead to it spilling in the car. Total waste. I when back this time inside and asked for a cup of black coffee and told him of my experience in the car. I was told it would be as hot because they could not change the temp. He said he could do a pour over that would not be as hot. I said if it can be sold at the same price I would take it. He said no so I left and will never go to a star bucks again.

It is so ridiculously loud in here I can’t even hear my own thoughts. I thought it was a one-off but i’ve been back 3 or 4 times and it’s actually comical how high the music is cranked.

I love Starbucks but if I get one more gingerbread chai that isn’t made correctly I’m literally gonna go crazy. Either the chai is just not mixed AT ALL or I don’t get the pumpkin topping on top. If I’m spending $7 I would appreciate it to be right?
Dietary restrictions: They have no gluten free breakfast besides overpriced egg
I always come to Starbucks for a pink drink with light ice extra strawberries and cold foam. They charged me 13 dollars for one drink said they had to but on my receipt they charged me 3.45 for a tea. I get my 13 dollar drink that spoiled then had the guts to tell me to go to Kroger to by the strawberry’s

The manager was lazy, unprofessional and harassing the employees and ruining the mood of the store, and I over heard him severely punish an employee for their first offense because it interfered with his personal life
