Used to be the best subway. After management change, they became extremely stingy. I ordered a 6 in with salami and bacon. When I tell you this old dude behind the counter put on 2 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of bacon AND CHARGED ME EXTRA, meat i’m not lying. Does not live up to other subways in the area. Would avoid if you value your money.

very nice and i understand that they were trying their best … but I should not have to ask an employee to change their gloves after touching a screen with them. One of the employees had her hair barely up, and there were just a lot of hygiene violations.

The delivery service has been so bad, always had missing items in the order the last two times and the franchise never reaches out to you. Similar incident occured last year the owner mentioned mailing a free sandwich coupon but I never got it and when asked about it through email I was ghosted

Don't know what is going on with Subway on UCB in Blacksburg but the service was mediocre at best. Walked in there for lunch and no acknowledgement from the staff they were just filling up mobile orders and not saying anything to in store customer.....never going back👎👎👎👎👎

They have gotten really slow lately. Even on a slow day, I have to wait half an hour or more after it says it's ready on the app.
I was here earlier 20 minutes after my order showed completed on the app, and my order was 4th in the queue to be made. And there is no way that I could cancel my order. This is supposed to be a fast comfort food.

I just went there and I was in there for about 15 minutes waiting on my sub both the lady’s working didn’t know what they was doing she asked if I wanted my sub toosted I said yes and after she got it out they let it sit on the counter and get cold before even asking what I wanted on it so I left it sitting there and walked out

A gentleman by the name of Steve possibly Stephen I’m sorry . Was very informative and nice. Also the entire staff was very polite and had a smile even the cashier was very accommodating.

The new big guy work there is very slow. Please be fast . He doesn’t care the long line, just taking while to prepare single order . Don’t schedule him for busy hours .
