Beautiful decor, bright and welcoming. Fantastic service. My son, ordered a cup and soon realized the error of his ways when he saw the waffle cones. The staff did not hesitate, and provided him with the cone. It made his night! Ice cream was excellent, and the gift shop is a nice addition. We will be back.

2nd time here and had to get sugar magnolia! Favorite flavors are Sea turtle - caramel flavor with mini chocolate turtles filled with caramel. So yummy, very sweet. Coffee - balanced the sea turtle out well as a double scoop. I love the mini chocolate bites sooo much. Great added crunch. Great indoor seating area with a little shop connected

Have gone to Sugar Magnolia plenty of times for their ice cream. It is also sooo GOOD! Went this last time to the gift shop. Always loved looking in there. Had just what I was looking for as a birthday gift for my husband. Only downside is I had my baby with me in their stroller and there were only stairs to get up to the gift shop portion. I had completely forgotten about that part. The lady at the desk was so nice and helped with the stroller and the stairs! Everyone even said “Merry Christmas!”I know I will be back again!

Been here a few times exploring outside campus and absolutely love it! The gift shop has a ton of super cute Blacksburg and VT gifts as well as local artist’s works which are adorable and perfect a perfect gift for a student. Some items are higher in price, but they are locally made and good quality. The ice cream was great, too and they always have fun themed sundaes. We had the Sandman sundae and it was great! Prices for icecream were reasonable and they had a great variety.
