Delicious bubble tea and sushi! Very friendly and they make everything fresh to order. Been coming here for a number of years and I love it. Their prices have been steadily increasing though so I can’t afford to come here very often now.

The bubble tea was SO good. We got the tiger boba- but was super sweet so I would recommend to get 75% sweetness. Although this restaurant is less expensive sushi, it still tastes high quality. The salmon roll, salmon nigiri and white tuna nigiri were great. However, the ratios of some rolls were off. They were just big and fell apart when we tried to eat them. Overall a good cheap sushi experience!

Best lemonade I've ever had!
I was bored today and decided to enter this lovely shop. I ordered the pineapple lemonade with mango popping boba and gotta say it was delightful on a hot day. It wasn't too sweet or bitter, but has a smooth sourness to it. Definitely gonna come back and check out the rest of the menu!

The boba teas are amazing! Lots of flavors and combinations to pick from. We didn’t try the sushi this time but definitely will next time we visit! Everything looked fresh and delicious!

I am from out of town. My daughter and her friend really wanted to try bubble tea. This place was awesome The tea was amazing and the customer service was great they were very nice! And now because of them I'm addicted to matcha! ?

The absolute best sushi/boba within 50 miles, at least, and it's not particularly close. Unless you're on a budget, there's simply no reason to go anywhere else.

This is a decent sushi/roll restaurant. Although the price is cheap, the quantity feels a bit disappointing. Is the quality of the fish okay? It may be unavoidable because Blacksburg is so mountainous.
The sushi was ok, based upon other reviews I expected a better product. The people were very nice and they worked quickly. Maybe a decent place for a quick lunch but not for a dinner.

I want to emphasize, you should *NOT* eat here. I had to pay $35 and wait an hour for the worst sushi I’ve had in my entire life. The food was unappetizing and falling apart, the bubble tea was watered down, and if you value your time in any way, don’t waste it here.

I love Sushi Factory!! It’s right next to the Weight Club so I love stopping by after my workout. The service is always friendly and quick and I love their sushi, it is so reasonably priced!
