The owner is a good man, he cooks excellent food. I asked if I could touch his beard, he kindly allowed. It was firm yet forgiving. A genuine crop from the old country, where the winds still blow true. He has a nice pond. We fished as the sun set. Caught over 50 bluegill.

Updated review: I initially gave this place 5 stars when I went the first time. The food is still great (although the prices recently went up, it's still an amazing deal). The reason I lowered my rating is because the place is closed so often, and at odd times. CALL BEFORE YOU GO to make sure it's actually open. Also, call and check to see if he actually has what you want. For some reason, half of the time the owner will run out of steak, meatballs, etc. Although I love the food, it's often very frustrating because it's either closed or I can't order what I really want.

The food was mediocre, nothing special and the SERVICE was HORRIBLE . I was on my lunch break and it took me over 20 minutes to get my food. I was the only patron there. The staff was rude. I asked for a fork and the owner said "you don't eat a gyro with a fork." He then threw 3 forks in my bag. I will never be returning to The Greeks and I most certainly will never be recommending it to anyone.

I come here every chance I get! The food is probably the best I've had in Blacksburg including the Breakfast. The service was also very good. I was surprised how much food you get for how reasonable the prices are.

Horrible! Pizza is over burned. All the pepperoni and sausage got to burnt to eat. Staff is not helping at all. Be aware!

A small little joint without a lot of table/sitting room. BUT... the food was absolutely fantastic! My wife and I both got gyros, and they are the best we've had (and we've had them from several places). Definitely will return! Service was great and just enjoyed being there.

I just love this place so much. Everything I've had there has exceeded my expectations. Its worth noting that they are the REAL Greeks... AKA the people who bought and ran the Cellar years ago. Their food is outstanding, they're really nice people, its beyond competitively priced, they deliver... I don't think there are enough positive words to describe the feeling of euphoria when I hear someone even MENTION the Greeks. BTW, try the chicken. Chicken wings? Philly cheese chicken? Doesn't matter. It's fantastic. I want to live inside of this restaurant... and their pizza is the ONLY pizza I've had in Blacksburg that doesn't taste like cardboard. So. Good.
