Come here religiously for the fatty beef dry pot over udon. Clean place, good food and the staff of 2 is very nice and seemingly hardworking!

Warning: Avoid Tokyo Grill Due to Aggressive Service
We recently had a disturbing experience at Tokyo grill that left us shaken. A group of 8 friends went there for dinner, and when one of us politely grabbed an extra spoon for our tablemates, the server reacted aggressively. Despite our calm demeanor, the server shouted and intimidated us, creating a hostile environment. The situation escalated quickly, making us feel uncomfortable, scared, and even concerned for our safety. We eventually decided to leave the premises to avoid further confrontation.

Food was super yummy and it was all made super quickly often times I'm looking for an affordable place to grab lunch between classes and this will definitely be my new go to spot. Unfortunately I have no pictures of the food cause it was so good I ate it immediately. The service was good I think a lot of negative reviews are because of peoples cultural differences however it was clear from my time there the owners care about their customers and experience and them having a good time. If you treat people kindly they will treat you nicely back!! Finally it was a good place to get some studying done, but there was also friends just enjoying a good meal and a nice chat. Over all highly recommend visiting them and don't let the other reviews deter you!!

Portions are great with good prices, especially the build your own bowl. Not the absolute best Japanese food ever but for the price it’s totally worth it. Comes out decently quick and it’s easy to order on the kiosks.

This place is so underrated! The good is so fresh and tastes amazing! I always get the build your own bowl and the portions are huge and it always tastes great. The miso soup and spring rolls are always my go to as well. The sushi is also some of the most fresh sushi I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly. Amazing place. So much better than a lot of the other restaurants in Blacksburg.

Food is always wonderful, it reminds me of Subway met Japanese food in some ways. All of it feels so fresh and it is VERY delicious. If you havent eaten here I would recommend it, it is usually a weekly lunch spot for my buddy and I.
