I tried to patronize this business on 8/22/23. I waited in line with one person ahead of me making a purchase. As I was waiting, one of the staff persons started throwing everything away. I waited maybe 30 seconds before it was my turn. As I approached the register the staff person threw their last two pretzels away as the cashier told me they were closed. The entire interaction was completely unacceptable and just plain mean. This location has the worst customer service ever! The only reason I gave them one star was because you have to actually give a star to write a review.

Placed my order only to find out that a catering order wiped out all of the pretzels! "Come back in 20 minutes". So I did. Still no pretzels, their response? Sorry, come back in 20 minutes. I asked if they could just substitute another item and they said no.Wow. Bad customer service. I'll get my pretzel fix somewhere else!

The Auntie Anne's in Chesterfield Town Center is not only the worst place for customer service with rude and disrespectful staff members but they also steal customers' money. They take your money and don't care that they don't provide the food. I tried calling corporate and they say I have to get my refund from the store but the store employee told me I had to get my refund from corporate. Like I said, thieves!!

I have patronized this location dozens of times over the past several years but I am finally fed up with the poor customer service, awful management, and dishonest practices. The staff has never asked me what size I would like to order and takes it upon themselves to order the largest size on the menu. Whenever I use a coupon they take the item I am ordering and put it into a small cup and try to be sneaky about it by doing it either below the counter or behind a piece of equipment. I've addressed their behavior with the staff and they become argumentative and confrontational. I've also reported the issues to management several times and they fail to respond. Auntie Anne's are a franchise so I recommend visiting another location.

I was standing in line and when it was me turn the girl working there turned out the lights and said they were closing for a 15 minute break because she was tired. I told her to sell me a bucket of pretzels because I was standing in line at the time and I was getting ready to leave the mall after that. She just kept saying she was taking a 15 minute break and refused to take my order. I have never in my life seen a business shut down on their customers like this. It was so disrespectful. If you are that tired maybe you shouldn’t be working especially with the public.

I thought this was a decent Auntie Anne's. It's located in the main food court of Chesterfield Towne Center and seems to have a decent amount of staff and window/counter space. It had a full menu but I noticed some of the foods laid out seemed to not be too plentiful - as in during a busy time it could easily sell out and there would have to be a wait. The prices were standard. Being located in the food court is somewhat positive in that it is essentially the nexus of the mall and it's easy to get everywhere else in the facility before/after stopping by this location. In contrast, Auntie Anne's is more of a snack food rather than a food court food and many malls seem to have it located more out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the food court, better suiting its role as a quick snack while traversing a mall.

Last Sunday Dec. 5th 2021 I went to Aunt Anne's at the Chesterfield Townecenter Mall and ordered a pretzel and pretzel bites. The manager was being a bully toward his employees and was rude to me. He should not be a manager! .

This place is awful with very unprofessional service. The "manager" completely ignored me when I cam up to the counter and asked a question, and the other "worker" just stood there as well. A third person FINALLY came over to ask what I needed. This place and the whole mall is going down!

I told them about a tree nut allergy my son had, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Really thankful for their customer service.

I know people may not see this but please save yourself and eat somewhere else. The customer service is absolutely terrible and their delivery never even got to me. From other reviews I see that the people who work their are awful. I'm really surprised how they haven't gotten shut down yet.

This Auntie Anne's is out of my way and I usually don't go to this one. The checkout went fast. I got my pretzel home and shared it with my wife. The bottom was burnt. All the person did is cover it up with a bunch of cinnamon and sugar. Worst pretzel I have ever had from Auntie Anne's. I do not recommend this location.
