Tried the pretzel ? and it was hot and fresh.I had ask for an almond pretzel and cashier let me know it was a 5 min wait on it and since I had order as well 2 salted pretzel and 2 cinnamon sugar pretzel she said I’ll just make everything fresh if you don’t mind.Great

I tried to patronize this business on 8/22/23. I waited in line with one person ahead of me making a purchase. As I was waiting, one of the staff persons started throwing everything away. I waited maybe 30 seconds before it was my turn. As I approached the register the staff person threw their last two pretzels away as the cashier told me they were closed. The entire interaction was completely unacceptable and just plain mean. This location has the worst customer service ever!...read full review

Placed my order only to find out that a catering order wiped out all of the pretzels! "Come back in 20 minutes". So I did. Still no pretzels, their response? Sorry, come back in 20 minutes. I asked if they could just substitute another item and they said no.Wow. Bad customer service. I'll get my pretzel fix somewhere else!
