“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“Absolutely phenomenal experience at CHIC’N CRAVE in Petersburg! I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. But the honey biscuits stole the show—soft, buttery, and just the right touch of sweetness. What really stood out, though, was the service. “Went through the drive thru for a simple chicken sandwich and sweet tea. There were at least 8-9 cars in line ahead of me.
There were more but I couldn't see around the building. However, the employees at ChicFilA are always fast, friendly and very efficient! They had someone outside taking orders and collecting payment for our food. I was able to get my sandwich and tea in record time; considering how many cars were ahead of me. SUPER JOB TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES! 😁“

Only thing that could have been improved was the cilantro lime rice tasted more like plain white rice and less like cilantro-lime. Also: the fajita vegetables could have been a little more cooked, more like how Chipotle does theirs. It was still a great-tasting bowl and I will be back!“

“I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“

“I had a great experience at Five Guys in Richmond, VA. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Our order was taken quickly and the service was fast. The food came out fresh and exactly as ordered. The burgers were delicious and the fries were hot and flavorful. Even though it was busy, the team worked efficiently and kept everything moving smoothly. The dining area and tables were kept clean throughout our visit. It’s always nice to see a place that takes pride in both their food and their service. I’ll definitely stop by again the next time I’m in Richmond.“

“Chicken fingers are good..get 4 tenders and fountain drink toast and coleslaw slaw for around $13..the lemonade is truly horrible..tastes like watered down Gatorade..I asked them did they run out of sugar that day. They said no its always tasteless“

“Great food. The burgers are some of the best. They are very juicy and tasty and always hot with perfectly melted cheese and soft sesame buns. Fries are OK in my opinion not my favorite but some people love them. Their shakes are good and they have free peanuts. The environment can feel a little bit crowded or noisy but I don't dislike it overall. VERY expensive food though compared to other fast food which is why I'm giving 4 stars. Just a burger is 10 to 15 dollars with no drink or fries. So expect to pay 20 to 25 for a full meal. Great food if you can swallow the price.“

“I never thought the chicken finger idea was going to make as much waves as it did. I've frequent this location mainly due to working late hours they are still open. I can still get dinner and feel good before I lay down for bed. My favorite and only item I order is the Caniac Meal. Its just the right chicken amount although they cut back on the amount but still does the job. At times, the later you go the slower the service but you can't complain. Fresh food is not fast but cooked to order so I can enjoy it when I get home. I told my parents about it. They shrugged me off and said I dont like it. Now they frequent the location as they realized you get a good deal on the combo meals that are right just for what you need. Any problems in the past especially large orders, they fix it with a smile and what keeps me coming back is customer service. You will enjoy the chain. Make sure to let us know what you like as every day isn't perfect but that means the company is just fixing whatever they find broken doesn't make them bad at all!“

“Great canes experience. Fast staff and food cooked to order. Nice layout, alittle smaller than ither locations.

Interesting that it only had two unisex restrooms. No urinals, so that could be a problem for females as guys are gross.

Other than that, great outdoor seating.“

I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! The staff is beyond amazing, kind, and just plain out wonderful! Thank y’all so much for making this happen!“

“I work at a nearby building and come here for breakfast/lunch many times a week (not the healthiest I know I’m working on meal prepping okay lol) and they’re always kind and courteous and I never really have issues. Today I placed a pick up order for my breakfast and someone apparently just took it before I got in. Even though I came after breakfast had ended they did their very best to make sure I got the meal I ordered anyway and took the time to mend the situation even in a clearly very busy time. “I want to give the manager Mr Jose a shout out for being a great manager who listens and who is very helpful. I accidentally ordered some food on my mobile app on Halloween day and called to speak to a manager to see how to go about getting my order canceled. Mr Jose answer the phone and had a better idea he told me to go inside the store speak to the manager and let them know that I've talked to him personally and see if they will help me get my order at the correct location in Chester. If it wasn't for Mr Jose's quick thinking and his wonderful customer service skills I don't think I would have been able to have qdoba's that night because I really did not want to ride all the way back to Richmond.
