“My husband, an avid fan of our local IHOP, didn't understand why I was insisting to locate & try Perkins on our road trip. We landed in our seats at 2:30, it took us at least 5 minutes to decide what we wanted to order, my husband craving a smoke asked if he would have time to smoke. Our fantastic hostess assured him he would have time, note we were seated as close as possible to the door. He walked out the door & I glanced at the dessert menu then in a blink, our hot food was on the table before my husband could return! It was 2:40! He was so delighted with how delicious his meal was that I got to say "I TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE WORTH IT" & he definitely agreed. I couldn't believe that I could actually order my BLT on SOURDOUGH bread! The Tomato Basil soup was the best that I've ever tasted! I can't remember the name but I searched out the lowest cal dessert, strawberry cream cheese something & it was mouthwatering. He had the Chicken Fried Steak & said it was the most tender he has ever had & he has ordered it from multiple eateries. Served exactly as he had asked. he had ordered a side of gravy because never before had he gotten enough gravy served on his plate. We had to take the side to go because his plate was perfect! We were both so full that we had to take dessert to go. I can't believe MY HUSBAND actually finished his entire banana nut muffin! Sweets are not his thing so I was expecting at least a bite offered to me. I took a 1/2 dozen pumpkin Muffins to family that had kept out dog & they reported them to also be fantastic. My only complaint was that they are so far from my home! I will be searching for an excuse to get back there a soon as possible!“

“My Boyfriend & I went here for the first time the other day it was very good and we went in last minute before closing and it was still fresh and good I’d really recommend this it’s honestly better then chipotle and you get your moneys worth of portions and it taste very good and not to mention the 2 males working that night gave us a free large thing of queso to try since it was are first time being there I wish I would have got there names to shout them out I think one may be a manger but he was very nice ! It’s very clean and also we went back last night to get just some of there delicious sweet tea and the manger from the previous night of eating there or so asked us how we like it and yes it was gass meaning good ! I will be eating here way more ! And not to mention the free chips and salsa bar is 100% worth it especially for having to pay the amount you do they give you free chips and salsa I love it and some place make you pay for the same chips and salsa but I say 10/10 !!“
