I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
I want to take a minute and give a shout out to an employee her name is Katie, she greeted me with a smile and as I was leaving she told me good bye and have a blessed day, it meant a lot to me and it made my day better!
I go through the drive thru usually three times a week to get breakfast for my FIL and Tammy is always nice and polite, however the other employees need some training on customer service and being polite.
