If only there were more restaurants in the world like Newsome's! Went here while on vacation. Both the outside and inside were spic and span. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The menu shows that they aim to do a reasonable number of things well, rather than offering too many options and serving mediocre food. And the kitchen...oh my goodness. You can see from the counter how well tended, well managed, and clean the kitchen is - a joy to behold....
Outstanding experience at Newsome's. Service was friendly and our order was
accurate. Menu items read sort of regular but the preparation and flavor were exceptional. Really enjoyed the strawberry chicken salad (best Ive had all year). The crab cake sandwich was a favorite as well. Highly recommended

It was a pleasure working with the Newsoms, We had food catered for my son and daughter in law’s wedding. This was all done through phone calls/ text messages, we live in New York.
So easy to work with, always responded promptly for questions I had. After a few months of communicating through calls/texts we finally met.. The service was outstanding And the food was delicious , I could not have chose a better restaurant from afar .
