This chipotle is hands down the best in the northern VA area. There’s one 2 minutes away from my house and I take the extra 15 min drive to come here (every day lol) . Customer service is exceptional, the food is fresh (even at 10:45pm) and employees go above and beyond. I rarely do reviews, let alone positive ones (cuz who writes reviews when everything is good, right? lol) but the experience was that good that I felt the need to write this. Generally, we love Chipotle. But it just takes one subpar experience to wipe out loyalty. Our app order for delivery was fouled up. We received someone else’s order. We called the store and the phone rang off the hook. We were never able to speak with a human. So, defeating the whole purpose of delivery, we had to drive to the store to resolve the issue: order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and the other customer’s food in hand.
