usually all teen lead work places are a mess but i’m happy to say this wasn’t my experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. i always see the same two or three teens working, i volunteer for an organization that the teenage girl running the place helps donate sandwiches to. whoever is training these kids is doing good. they have much energy and are FAST i haven’t seen any one waiting around for more than maybe a few minutes. much better improvement over the past few months...

so glad to see this location’s improvement the last few weeks! they’ve really picked up the pace, the crew is comfortable with each other and communicating even if there are errors. witnessed them handle a nasty complaint sign respect and politeness. love to see it
