This chicken was horrible, tasted gamey and tough. The breading was did not taste like KFC at all. This franchise location is not using KFC techniques and must be changing the methods of making the chicken. I lived in India for 3 years and the KFC there tasted more authentic than this location.AVOID this place!

Brand new restaurant conveniently combining two of my most favorite fast food restaurants- KFC and Taco Bell. You can order from both restaurant menus at once! The large fries from KFC are better than any other fat food fries out there.

Ordered the 8 piece meal for $30.99 plus 4 extra biscuits for $3.97 the biscuits were not in the bag I callers like 8 times and I got was an operator to call back

I would avoid this location not only do they not allow app ordering and you pay higher prices than normal taco bell. I paid over 22$ for 2 power bowls 1 small drink and large Nacho fries. The prices at this location are insane compare to other locations. Avoid unless you can't wait to go else where.

My wife ordered food online. I showed up a little early to pick it up. Walked up to the counter at the exact pickup time. The food wasn't ready yet. It took another 10 minutes to be ready. Got home, opened the bag, and one whole meal that was ordered wasn't even there. Not going to waste my time going back. I have gotten food from this location for over a decade. Never again. Not ordering from ever again. Recommend everyone else do the same.

This is a shared Restaurant with Taco Bell. I've never eaten in the restaurant. I just picked up orders I placed through the app.The location has minimal parking near the building but there is plenty of parking in the side lot of the shopping center and middle as well. If you're mobility challenged, have someone drop you off, then park as the spots open might be quite a walk. This shopping center is very busy most of the day and night. The drive thru is quick and efficient. The staff are very friendly and quick to help. The food is always hot (or cold) and they pack bags/boxes very well. I've not used their restrooms but the dining area is always clean. The dining area can get loud with a lot of people though.Parking: Shopping center, lots of spots but getting one close to KFC is tough. Parking is always packed.Suggest drop off of passengers first, then parking.

Nothing for kfc except for sandwiches are available after 9:30pm I just came at 9:39pm and I was not able to get fries, nuggets, tenders, mashed potatoes, drumsticks, breasts, or thighs.

Ordered 3 tender meals with mashed potatoes and one had coke slaw and mashed potatoes. Drove home to find cold French fries instead of mashed potatoes. Tried to call and coordinate a pick up of my mashed potatoes. They never answered their phone and I tried for 30 minutes.The quality of the tenders are also very different, which is a shame. However, the mashed potato issue was the dealbreaker because I have a picky eater at home who would not touch the fries.
