Spartans is the heart and soul of Burke - I can't imagine a Burke without Spartans. It has been run by the same family for over 30 years and we've been going there that whole time. You don't keep a restaurant running that long and keep the same servers working there by chance. It is so nice to eat good food in a family-run restaurant that is not a chain.
Spartans is one of the go-to restaurants in the area for our family. Some menu items are better than others but the good ones keep us coming back! Some favorites are the gyro, the pizza, and the Nutella challah French toast. I tried a breakfast sandwich once that wasn’t great and other entrees have been a bit hit or miss. The ambiance and servers are delightful although service can be slow at busy times.
One of the best family restaurants in Burke. Definitely a gem! 💎 I moved out of the area and stopped by today after many years... To my surprise, still the same delicious food and the service, awesome as always!!
