I LOVE this place. A little off the beaten path but well worth the five mile trip from the expressway. If I had the time I would enjoy a 30 minute breakfast and a two hour photography adventure in ANTIQUE ALLEY WV.
Hate to base my review on service considering a new waitress was training when we went. Food was pretty good, collards had no seasoning. My husband ordered the catfish plate. 1st he had to ask for the coleslaw, then the corn muffin and when they brought that with no butter, he was done. It tasted good though. My friend and I got the hamburger steak, gravy ( which we had to ask for) was really good, but the hamburger steak didn't have much flavor. Table was really...
First time checking out Copper Pot ordered three veg plate off senior 55 and over menu but was overcharged, wife ordered bacon cheeseburger with fries she got double with no cheese with meat over cooked very dry the fries was loaded with cheese and soggy. First and last visit if you can't make a good cheeseburger need to rethink what's going on in your kitchen.
