The Cafè at The Northampton Hotel

We ate outside on a beautiful Sunday morning. I had Huevos Rancheros, an iced coffee, and truffle fries, all of which were delicious! Service was great. View was nice. It was very sunny, so some customers chose to roll down the shades, which I thought was a nice touch to have available.

Great location, close to the beach. Sitting on the front porch and sipping lattes was a pleasant way to start the day. Food was tasty; I got a crepe with scrambled eggs and veggies, and a side of sausage and ham. Although I didn't get one, there were a number of cocktails which sounded good.

Cute cafe with very good breakfast/brunch. The best Huevos rancheros! The salmon crepes are not pictured but they were good as well.

This place is a must try. Everything about our experience was excellent. My wife and I met the chef outside just before opening and she was so kind. When we sat down she personally brought out us a complimentary coffee cake with my cappuccino was the best I’ve ever had - buttery, crisp, and soft! We ordered the beignets and Huevos Rancheros to share, which they gave VERY generous portions. The picture was only half, as they split the dish onto two different plates. We will definitely be back!

Decided to check out this place on our last day here in Cape Charles. Location is great especially if you are sitting outside. Water views and it is close to the beach. Service was good but unfortunately we waited over 45 minutes to get our food. There were 2 other tables that sat down after us and got their food much quicker. Food was great. Tried their croissant egg sandwich, breakfast bowl, and crepes. Very tasty. I had to knock down a star because of the wait time and other tables getting their food faster than us.

This is a beautifully renovated hotel located next to the Cape Charles beach head. There are many charming nooks & quiet spaces in this hotel ( Check out the widow's walk at sunset for a breathtaking view!) Their restaurant serves the best breakfast/brunch in town. Tiffany and her staff are wonderful. They know the area well and make great recommendations.

My girlfriend and I spent a Christmas weekend in Cape Charles and stayed at The Northhampton. We absolutely loved this hotel. The building is incredible. It’s both historical and beautifully renovated with fantastic views from a huge porch attached to gorgeous rooms. Tiffany and the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. HIGHLY recommend a weekend at The Northhampton. We will absolutely be back.

We had a late breakfast here this week and it was excellent. I had the breakfast burrito and my wife had the crab melt. It was great and the service and the coffee are awesome.
