Brown Dog Ice Cream is one of the best spots on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Their ice cream is made locally, the flavor variety is wonderful, and it is definitely a must-stop if you are visiting Cape Charles.
management of serving customers is not handled well, single customers are allowed to multiple orders, one ordered 9, waited over 30 minutes inside. Will not be back
