We ordered multiple entree’s and dips and only received 1 bag of chips. We specifically put in the notes that we needed a bag of chips for the extra cheese dip and guacamole that was ordered. When we called the restaurant they refused to even listen to us. They stated we needed to have placed multiple separate orders- which makes no sense because then 6 people would have been paying separate delivery fees. Food was very bland. Not much flavor. The chips were unsalted and the dip tasted watery and no salt. I ordered the chicken fajitas, the presentation was good but food just wasn’t tasty. My husband ordered the taco salad. No taste and did not even have any lettuce. The Jumbo Margarita was good. I had water to drink and could not even drink it. It tasted very musty. One the plus side the place was very clean. Waitress was friendly but not very attentive.

Service was awesome, quick and friendly. It was the food that disappointed us.
The words bland Mexican food and weak Margaritas should not go together but they did for us at El Mezcal.
Dinner and drinks for two cost us $89 (tip included). That alone is not normally the case at a Mexican restaurant.
If you're going to charge $13 for a Jumbo Margarita my wife shouldn't be able to drink two of them, look at me and say, "I got nothing. Not even a buzz."
