Ordered my family dinner on 4/6/2024. Completely screwed the order up. Had to go back to get the correct items and wasn't even apologized to for their mistake. Acted like I was a jerk for coming back to get the right sandwich and correct sides. Even had the nerve to request the incorrect items back (hope they didn't pass them off to someone else after we handled them). Will not be going back there. Stopped yesterday at the Roanoke, VA location to bring home lunch after church. We do this periodically and don't think we've ever had as much wrong with our meal as we did yesterday.We got the 8 piece meal. The chicken was overcooked, the slaw was bitter, the biscuits were hard and crumbly and the mashed potatoes were very thick and did not fill the bowl like normal. This location is absolutely insane, I don’t blame the employees personally because it seems to be a staffing issue, but after 10 minutes of waiting, they told me it would be another 20 for my meal. Whoever owns this location needs to get this staffing issue fixed because Popeyes is right around the corner.
