Every time I’m in Virginia for work, this is my go-to stop. Spicy miso ramen never misses — rich broth, jammy egg, perfectly chewy noodles. Love that you can grab bubble tea right after without going anywhere else. Already looking forward to my next trip

Absolutely loved this place! The ramen was delicious — rich broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and great toppings. The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout the whole visit. Best of all, the quality is excellent for the price. Highly recommend!

I hadn’t had ramen since 2022 and decided to stop in today to have their vegetarian ramen. It was truly so delicious, especially with the spicy miso add-in. It totally hit the spot for what I was craving. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the avocado roll was delicious too. We also ordered the spicy chicken ramen and added the extra spicy miso to that too, and it was so yummy. I recommend stopping by to have a lovely bowl of ramen at Araki. This place is a local gem!

absolutely gorgeous! but the problem was this place is definitely for introverts and i like talking to people. on top of that the one question i had, neither of them spoke english, so i couldn’t get it answered and ended up unhappy with my food. the food was alright. quality > speed isn’t something this place believes in. karaage was amazing tho

Oh boi I don’t write perfect reviews often cause in this area they are far and few between but from the price, service and quality of food this place hits the mark. Everything is truly remarkable.
Food is salty, owner is rude, and you are rushed once you are finish eating. Find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money!

My friends and I came to eat here on Saturday. The staff is extremely unfriendly. We were never once checked on to make sure everything was good and the old man working there was just staring at us the whole time. And we HAD to leave a 20 dollar tip regardless which is absurd considering there was no service being done to deserve a 20 dollar tip Lol. And as we got up to walk to the front TO PAY, both the host and the old man rushed to our table acting like we were going to leave without paying, absolutely ridiculous. The service and atmosphere are a reflection of their Boss/Manager so i can just imagine how much worse they must be to deal with so, I didn’t bother to speak to them. But I hope this is taken into consideration for any future customer service ❤️

The service here is really bad. They prefer that you order from a kiosk that is fixed, and I mean fixed, on the table. It doesn't swivel or anything. If you have questions, the staff doesn't speak English, so it took me a really long time for them to understand what I was asking for and eventually I gave up on one request. When I got my food it was pretty good. But they are definitely stingy about meat portions. I'd like to go back there again but I cannot go through that customer service again 😩

quick service and decent food. no complains on any of the food. the ramen was good and not too salty like many other restaurants i’ve tried. the egg was still jammy and the pork was tender and not too fatty which is always a plus. the sushi was decent. it was fresh and standard but i think i would stick with the ramen at this place. all orders were place on a screen right at the table. not sure if it was just the season changing and they couldn’t determine whether or not to turn on heat or cooling but it was chilly in the restaurant
