I ordered the Wed. lunch special in person at the restaurant. Service was good, and the chicken was hot and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. BUT, the chicken (including drumsticks) was very dry/overcooked. I wondered if maybe it had been reheated - it was that dry. We had a bowl of plain Udon Soup (great broth), Korean BBQ wings (8pcs) with coleslaw. Food was delicious! As for the dishwasher glass racks, cases of napkins and soda cups in the dining area, these should be hidden in storage.

Ordered online for pickup. Food was not ready as stated. Had to wait 15 additional minutes before food was ready. Staff member was nice but a young guy. Staff member checked the bag before giving me my food to go. Took the food to the office and realized that Bonchon forgot to include my kimchi that I ordered. I called back up to the restaurant to make it known and the young staff member answered. He didn't seem to care too much about forgetting to put my kimchi in the bag...
