California Taco food truck in Alexandria is a must-try if you haven't been yet. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was a straight 5/5. The tortilla was perfectly toasted and crispy on the outside, but still soft inside, stuffed with a ton of juicy, well-seasoned chicken and cheese that was fully melted all the way through. Nothing skimpy or super greasy about it, just really well made. What really stood out was the service. It was extremely fast - I barely had time to stand...
Absolutely amazing tacos and service! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The steak tacos were packed with flavor, and the sauces were incredible. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even better. One of the best taco trucks in the DMV area — highly recommend for parties, events, or just a great meal!
