Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hate to do this review but the heavy set lady with glasses working the register was really rude and unhelpful. We had a large order with kids and saw her coughing on our food. Kept an eye on her throughout the lunch and never coughed again. Must have been me or something. Besides that, she just had a very poor attitude. Please do better. Not coming back here. This happened on Jan 2 around 1255pm.

Yesterday, December 13th, I arrived at the place for my dinner. A lady who works there disrespected me. I believe she is Hispanic, possibly Peruvian or Ecuadorian. It was a bad experience; she was aggressive and yelled at customers.

The services was really bad the people here’s they had a attitude they not nice and they give a really bad look and for the end I order a bowl and the portion that they put was a joke so I ask if they can putt more and they told me that if it’s gonna be a extra portion and they just put like three pieces of Carne Asada even though the avocado they charge you more and they just put like a little bit I didn’t get my order right either The worst place that I have been in the chipotle restaurant

(Chipotle Centreville) after eating a bowl of chicken, rice, beans and salsa. I quickly experienced symptoms of food poisoning. Eat at your own risk. I do not recommend it.

I have consistently received the smallest portion sizes possible at this establishment. Today, an employee, described as a short woman wearing glasses, displayed unprofessional behavior. When I pointed out that my order was missing the corn salsa I had requested, she insisted she had included it. Despite my clarification, she maintained her stance until a coworker provided her with the correct item, clearly labeled with my name. This incident reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards of the staff, and such conduct is unacceptable in the service industry.

Didn't want to give me a WATER CUP? weird and very messed up, I just wanted water..

my no rice, black beans, extra veggies bowl. opposite! hubs’ was wrong too. got about 200 calories out of it. rice was filled to top. im diabetic and starving!

I usually go to this Chipotle and order a bowl with white rice, double chicken, salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. I never get guacamole.

I went today (11/29) and got charged for guac. I looked at my receipt and pointed out to the cashier that I didn't order guac. They took back the bowl to confirm that there was no guac. They gave me a drink and chips to compensate for it.

Still, Id rather just pay the correct amount next vs. getting chips and a drink that I didn't really want in the first place.

I never really make reviews either. But this one bothered me enough that I had to make one.

If you want cold, small quanity food service, you've come to the right place. Quality has gone down hill the last six months. Ordered tacos. Was given the equivalent of a tablespoon of rice on each. Same with the beans. No lettuce on the tacos after I asked. Had to ask them to put more food on the tacos. Quesadilla isn't melted. They're so busy trying to get you through line that they are missing the bigger picture of repeat customers. Customer service was bad. Asking "what is wrong" when it is apparent in front of you is bad training. I will travel to another location 20 minutes roundtrip before ever coming back to this one. I suggest you all do the same.

This Chipotle in Centreville, VA consistently disappoints. They frequently mess up orders, and it’s clear they don't prioritize customer care. Today, I placed a mobile order, which included a kid’s quesadilla meal, and two burrito bowls. While I was surprised it was ready in less than 10 minutes, the experience went downhill from there. I picked up my order and headed straight home—just across the street—only to find the food was rather cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. Unfortunately, microwaving our orders wasn’t an option due to the lettuce and sour cream. The quesadilla was a joke. I suspect even hospital food looks more appealing. When will I learn? The staff here seem completely indifferent, forgetting that their jobs depend on loyal customers like us. I think it’s about time to stop ordering here.
