I really try to avoid this place I like chipotle but there always something at this one either the food is way too salty or rice undercooked or the chicken is dry almost like ground chicken Instead of nice fresh cut chicken . The staff always give you a mad look as they aren’t happy to be there.

I had drove all the way back to chipotle to show them, and the manager had the audacity to say it was my fault in another language that I also spoke. The last 4 times i have been at this location the service is bad. The ladies that work in the line are always in a bad mood and get annoyed when asking for extras. Customers are always first and you ladies should always treat your customers with a smile even if your in a bad mood. That is called good customer service. Not planning on coming back anytime soon.

The girl who serves me she is in a hurry without lane of customers and she teach me about the portion of rice as per her 1/2 scoop of rice is called portion. I request her to pour more rice she filled with attitude and same things happen in meat too she placed half spoon. After I ask for manager she is not taking any interest. Dirty tables and floors and chairs. Dirty bathrooms with no soap, dirty soda fountain station, staff is rude and they make an effort to give you less food than others if they don’t like how you look. They have severe attitude problems and honestly the competency of some of the employees is subpar at best. Another thing is, I witnessed multiple times, if you are of Latin origin and you speak Spanish to them, they will Jam Pack overflow your bowl beyond belief and never charge extra for them. I guess it’s time to brush up on Spanish…

I am a frequent customer. I go from Monday to Saturday and arrive at 12 noon to eat. The lady who serves me is friendly and knows my menu and always has a smile. I congratulate everyone who serves me and the delicious food.

Ordered 3 salad bowls for my family and everyone’s was EXTREMELY salty. I’m a common chipotle customer and have never experienced my food being this salty. Pictured is all I could eat of the bowl that was full because it just kept making me thirsty. Please do better.

Second time we have issues with our order in less than a month. We ordered chips and guacamole and the guacamole was all black. Never have I ever had that type of issue at chipotle. There guac is always fresh. Not returning to this location that’s for sure

I asked for corn tortillas tacos. I think i got soft flour tortillas instead which sent my blood sugar through the roof. I don't usually order tacos but i thought that would be less carbs. Make sure you are specific when ordering.
