Great Customer Service
Every-time I go and pick up my order it's quick and easy! The workers there are so nice. I always go back to this store. It's always so clean too. Love the cookies there!

The cookies are fresh, baked perfectly, and warm with rich flavors and great texture. Ingredients taste fresh and are made with care and high-quality ingredients. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and efficient, offering service with a smile. The general manager/owner is one of the nicest, most professional people, attentive and welcoming with an incredible vibe and positive energy. One staff member was polite, respectful, and firm while handling a very angry customer. Another staff member was incredibly helpful, patiently walking through all options for a Martha Stewart collaboration. The cookies are delicious, and for those who prefer a thinner cookie, they are absolutely perfect. Overall, the combination of fresh cookies, excellent service, and a sleek minimalist concept makes this location a standout. It is a 10/10 experience.
