The general manager/owner is one of the nicest, most professional people, attentive and welcoming with an incredible vibe and positive energy. One staff member was polite, respectful, and firm while handling a very angry customer. Another staff member was incredibly helpful, patiently walking through all options for a Martha Stewart collaboration. The cookies are delicious, and for those who prefer a thinner cookie, they are absolutely perfect. Overall, the combination of fresh cookies, excellent service, and a sleek minimalist concept makes this location a standout. It is a 10/10 experience.
