Jiwan was so sweet and such a nice girl and It was clear she was doing most of the work she dealt with a big rush all by herself, and then this other employee just popped out the back? as if there wasn’t a big rush just now. He didn't seem to know what he was doing and wasn't providing much help. Embarrassing. Besides that this location has very good flavors and is pretty clean!!!“

It was a warm day and we walked into this nice gelato shop. We each got different flavors. I got the blueberry and it was perfect 🥰my daughter got grape flavor, she loved it!

“I come to this location a lot and really love the cookies. The problem that I have encountered more than a couple of times is when a cookie is sold out there is no signage communicating that. So you come in, order at the kiosk, and while waiting for the order you are hit with “we are sold out! Would you like another cookie or a refund” Wouldn’t it be more efficient to write on a piece of paper that you are sold of something so that customers entering the store know? Or have it on the screen somewhere?

Update: they have finally fixed this issue and now when something is sold out it will show in the screen.“

When they were out of the flavor we requested for our holiday ice cream cake, he put in so much effort to contacting us, making a custom flavor for us, and making sure we were able to get our order in time for the holiday, even with special hours. “Took the entire family to Freddy's to get for the July lunch and noticed it would make a great vantage point to come back at night to watch fireworks. So we had a great time they are there's great food for young people in older lake The kids loved it but the star of the show was coming back later last night to watch the fireworks being launched from Fairfax high School by Fairfax City for their annual fireworks display. The parade was rained out and we feared the fireworks would be as well but they weren't a place was packed the streets were packed every place was packed but if we're nothing else check Freddy's out for the most epic spot to watch fireworks from. Everybody had a spectacular time and don't forget they're frozen custard is legit 10 out of 10 will go again next year and many times to eat there before then.“
