The Holy Shiitake pizza rocks!
The manager here, Deante Davis (sorry if I misspelled), is the bomb. We had an issue with our order due to door dash delivery problems. I spent an HOUR interacting with door dash to no avail, but one call to Deante and he had it handled in 5 minutes and called me personally to follow up. Now THAT is how you run a business. I will never use Door Dash again (super shady), but I WILL be sure I go to Chantilly Mellow Mushroom again!

Mellow Mushroom Chantilly serves consistently good pizza, with friendly service and prompt order fulfillment. The atmosphere and vibes are top notch, making it a great place to visit. The staff is known for their great service, with servers like Pari being very attentive and helpful in describing dishes. While delivery is not available, the restaurant has made mistakes in the past, but the manager, Chris, has apologized and compensated customers. The menu can be a bit overwhelming, but the staff is happy to help, and the pizza's are delicious with a great crust and generous toppings.
