I had never been here before and went with friends who had, I got the same thing as someone else at my table and they had forgotten to put some stuff in my soup, like an egg, I decided not to say anything and just finish my food, when it was time to pay (we all payed for what we ordered) I pressed skip on the tip screen because he had already been tipped twice by our table for barely any work. He went back to the tip screen when I held my card up and said “Are you paying cash” I was confused and asked what he meant and he repeated are you going to tip cash or card I looked at my friends to confirm rather it was mandatory or not and they looked equally confused so I just tipped the smallest amount. When it came time for the last person to pay he didn’t have his wallet to someone else paid again for him and as it turns out tipping is not mandatory.

OMG THE FRIED CHICKEN IS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD. AND I HAVE HAD A LOT OF KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN! The other food is pretty good/ decent but the fried chicken is the BOMB. Do yourself a favor and order fried chicken if you visit.

Had our bill split into 2 on a double date. Going to copy paste what someone else wrote because it happened to us too in December 2023. The waiter, Kelly, came back and ASKED FOR A TIP, saying a tip wasn’t included in one of our bills. We were sure each of us tipped, so we were confused thinking she was just letting us know that gratuity is not included in the bill. She stood there looking at each of us asking if we were planning to leave cash instead. She just stood there until we figured out who was carrying cash with them. I gave her a small amount since I had already tipped and to get her to go away. She took the extra tip in front of us and left. Most awkward, unnecessary thing that’s ever happened to me at a restaurant. In total, she hustled us for more than 20% in tips of the total cost of the meal.

Everything about this place was awesome. The decor was on point and definitely created an inviting atmosphere. The photo booth only takes cash, so keep that in mind. The servers were very friendly and the service was fast. The food was good, and I got the octopus balls. It was my first time trying them, and while It's not for me. Someone else may really like them. It was a little pricey for just an appetizer and the one cup sake, but It's definitely a good spot.

Really good Japanese food. Had the chicken katsu, beef musubi, and milk tea. The katsu sauce on the katsu was very good, not too strong like some of the other places in the area. Will definitely be back!

I’m just giving it one star cause our personal experience was horrible, we order for pick up and our food came by like this, the ton katsu was old and thin and tasted burnt we also ordered fried rice and it tasted like it was burnt or cooked in a dirty wok, i hope they could improve on this :( won’t order from this restaurant anymore.
