This shopping center has many delicious options, but we came across Manna because it seemed to have several vegetarian dishes. When we arrived I thought we were in the wrong place because it seemed more of a Latin restaurant, but we were assured there was also Ethiopian food. The sambussa was delicious - flaky phyllo dough fried around savory lentils. We also got a bean and cheese pupusa because why not?! The real delight was the vegetarian combo plate, which comes wiht split...
Great food, wonderful local Christian owned restaurant. If you love pancakes but never tried Ethiopian food, you'll be asking where Ethiopian cuisine has been all of your life 😄.
This is a no frills place; all about the food. The Ethiopian food is great. They also serve Guatemalan dishes which look good. It can be loud, and is not fancy, and you may prefer the take-out version. This could only happen in America.
