They only give you one small portion of protein here and when I asked for full portion they gave me like 1 more piece lol

They SKIMP and they dontgive you the portions you pay for. They DO NOT give full protien portions. Every other mezeh i go to has good service and portions. There is plenty of good food in Centerville anyways somewhere else save your money honestly opinion

I placed a catering order for 40 people. When I arrived at the restaurant, everything was packaged and ready to go. The order was completed exactly to my specifications. My guests enjoyed the meal. The steak was very tender and flavorful, as was the falafel. I highly recommend the baklava!
This food and service is so amazing. Compared to Cava I think the food looks fresher and there are more diverse vegetable options. In addition, the portions were very well sized and customer service was great! Also a nice interior to sit and grab lunch with someone plus an outdoor seating area.

I am a huge fan of Mezah! I have ordered food to go from there multiple times and have been impressed each time! Great food, made to go in front of me and always had minor to them but essential to me. I appreciate their friendly attitudes and will definitely be coming back for the delicious food and incredibly great service!!

On 6/26/2026, I drove 20 minutes to get to this location (the closest to my house) for a to-go order for my husband and me, only to be told, “You have to order dine-in only because we don’t have any takeout bowls.” 🙄 Who’s in charge of inventory? Get it together!! I don’t like ordering ahead because I like to see how much they’re putting in my bowl; otherwise, they give you micro portions.

Most bizarre food experience . I expected a food all where lots of different types of were available. What I experienced was a large uninviting space with kiosks where you ordered food that arrived from a back room In paper bags . The place looked like a bank it had no food smell and was super creepy . The food was forgettable. If this is the future if food we are in trouble

I’ve ordered the poke from this place 3 times. It’s always excellent and feel good knowing it’s healthy and fresh. Javad is the best. He did an excellent job of explaining what wonder was about. Super friendly and helpful.
I “Wonder” if Bobby Flay knows they’re using his name. Just had the worst steak of my life delivered. It tastes like the grill hasn’t been cleaned in months. Straight into the bin it went.

I was disappointed with the customer service at Mezeh. The food was okay, but the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or interested in helping customers. The overall attitude felt unfriendly, and it made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately that’s an area that needs improvement. I hope management works on making customers feel more valued and respected.

I came today, May 29 around noon for my meal. It cost me $22 due to the fact that I had to ask four extra meat because the employee line server gave me a half a scoop of the meat choice which is funny because it is an infant portion of meat, and I asked her respectfully if that the real size of meat portion and she looked at me with an attitude, said yes, she didn’t wanna give me the full spoon of meat and she also told me if I want more I would have to pay for more. I don’t have a problem paying for more. It’s just that give me the correct amount. I come here all the time she didn’t care cause she didn’t know. I guess she’s new where I never seen her but she goes ahead and gives me more me again. She gives me half a spoon of the meat portion, I didn’t argue with her. I kept on moving on, and when she rang me up, she had a huge problem with me the whole time that she even forgot to give me the drink I paid for him when I stood there waiting for the cup. She gave me an attitude again, and I told her respectfully I just want the cup and she gave it to me with such a huge attitude. The way she handed me the cup was so disrespectfully, and I almost dropped the cup because of the way she gave it to me as if she was discussed to even give me the cup if this company relies on this employee to represent their company it’s just going to go downhill. She knew exactly what she was doing. I gave her no excuse and I give the store one star because of the fact that they have employees like this there I didn’t have to experience this the last few times that I came I was greeted well. The portions of meat was perfect and they had great customer service but this young lady did not at all. She even had the audacity to do this in front of my child like it’s OK or a normal thing to do!!
