This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory. Staff made it clear that our presence was unwelcome, behaving as though serving us was a burden. The location was out of multiple protein options, yet we were still charged full price for incomplete meals. My fiancée’s bowl was portioned with a plastic spoon, which was both unprofessional and unhygienic. Whether due to poor staffing or mismanagement, the overall service and execution were unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered two bowls and neither of them were correct. Never buying from this location again! Sadly I checked my bag till It was too late. I had ordered two “build your own bowl with extra protein” and received two salad chicken shawarma?! Like are you serious?! Did ya’ll not read the receipt??? Outrageous! I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Just had the strangest interaction at this location. Opening time for this location is 10:30am online and on the door. The time is now and 11:48am, I walk in to order and I’m greeted by a gentleman saying they won’t be open for another 30 minutes. If you aren’t open for business, why would your doors be open to the public?

I went to eat yesterday and I went to this location and I can say that the food is good but the service of the person who was there yesterday is horrible I had a bad experience I went today and there were the same people They are yellow-haired girls, one of them is white and the other has long yellow hair One of the girls always gives a bad experience whenever I get to eat at that restaurant she always has a bad mood The other girl I'm not sure but I think she's the manager but on her part I don't have a good experience either I like food I like to go to eat at that location because it's close to my work But I don't like the customer service that these two people have

Came in for a Sunday lunch with friends. Ordered food and paid at counter. Food was good and tasty. Ordered shredded lamp gyro, and bowls. Originally I tried to order Bulgur + kebab. The guy behind the counter didn't know how to build this bowl. He fumbled around looking for ingredients to go into this bowl. I settle for the gyro, thinking that he should know what goes in gyro. I had to tell him that tzatziki dressing goes in with the wrap. Next time I'm going to get a bowl. Good dining area with amber number of low and high tables.
