The red bean bingsu (빙수) was soooooo delicious! It wasn't too sweet and the little jellies mixed in were fun! The chestnut bread was so light and fluffy and the chestnuts were so sweet and soft! We came back and got the mango bingsu and it was also yummy. All the breads and especially the chocolate chip walnut cookies are so worth a try and everything is made with organic flour, which is such a great choice from a larger bakery! I love the Centerville...
This bakery is an absolute hidden gem for anyone who loves fresh bread. I really appreciate that they use organic flour to make their baked goods. The pastries are amazingly soft, flavorful, and always fresh out of the oven. I will definitely be coming back here regularly!
I've been going here for roughly a year now and I have no complaints! The staff is consistently super kind, the food quality is stellar, and their espresso is delicious (shout-out Foundation Coffee beans).
