The Japanese soufflé cupcake was so soft, fluffy, and light — not overly sweet, which I really liked. It had that delicate melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes you want to keep eating “just one more bite.” You can tell it was made fresh because it tasted airy and moist at the same time. Perfect with coffee or tea.

We went here for dessert after lunch. There were plenty of seats and the place was clean. There was a bit of a wait since they had to make the pancake soufflés fresh. They came out nice and fluffy but I gave them 3 stars for the food because the soufflés tasted heavy on eggs. The ube and strawberry jams were great, easy on the sugar, but you can still taste the egg. We ordered teas and they were good.
