Sweet Rolled Tacos ice cream

They close at 10:30. Arrived just before 10 was told they weren't taking any more orders? Something is drastically wrong when your business model means you take 30 min to fill orders. You should take orders until you close. If that means you close sooner so be it. But it's wrong to tell people who've driven 30 min that your closing time isn't really your closing time and they wasted a trip.

Showed up at 10:01pm and was told at 10:02pm that they were no longer taking orders even though they are open until 10:30pm. Lousy business practice to close 30 minutes before posted closing time. Will not bother to attempt to get anything from sweet rolled tacos again. Don’t bother giving them your business since they don’t want it

Great flavors and delicious ice cream!

Just left from there ordered 2 taco ice cream and a drink. Bill was 21$ and received no receipt. Got the drink and 20 minutes no ice cream. So I asked where's my to go ice cream. So he proceeds to do just 1 ice cream. Then I had to wait 18 more minutes for the second one. Over 40 minutes waisted because he was cash selling and not giving out receipts.

Too sweet because of the strawberry jelly on top.

The avocado rolled ice cream is pretty good, it’s not too sweet and very creamy. These jasmine milk tea is mid and way too sweet.

Service quick, ice cream amazing, but then a hair was found inside the ice cream. PLEASE wear hairnets....

I went taking my grands for the first time. And not only they are slow had lots people waiting but the one Chinese looking young lady came in from outside went strait in the back thre gloves on and start fixing orders. Then she scratching her nose fixing people items and I told them I didn't want her fixing my scores unless she went and washed her hands and changed her gloves. She refused fixed mine and expected for me to eat it. I did not and the young man who was working decided to fix mine and the youngster got an attitude. That's why I don't eat at these places bcos people are so nasty. If you do the at home PLEASE don't bring that to the job site where other people have to pay and eat.

I visited this ice cream place on Wednesday night. I drove 30 minutes to this place, and it was 9:30 p.m. The website states that the place closes at 10 p.m., but when I arrived, the lady informed me that they were no longer taking orders after placing a certain number of orders. I was disappointed…

I understand that they might have run out of ice cream, etc….but they should have given a reason for their decision. There were about 12 people in line, and it was quite frustrating to be turned away.

There website says they offer non dairy options but they dont.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment due to the treatment I received from a younger staff member and another individual who seemed to be related to them. Their behavior toward me felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which was surprising given the restaurant’s positive ratings. Businesses should ensure that all customers receive respectful service, regardless of background. I hope the management addresses this, as a more inclusive approach would make the experience better for everyone.

This is a great ice cream place! The tacos were amazing and tasted like a waffle cone! The ice cream had a rich and yummy taste. I love how the ice cream was rolled. Great place to take kids because it’s unique and cool to watch them make it! This was my first time but the people I went with had already tried it before a couple times! Will be coming back!!!!😊
