Service and food needs inprovement. I and other customers had to get up to get napkins. The waitresses were constantly hiding behind the bar sitting either on their phone or chatting. My waitres was in such a hurry to drop the food and just go back to sit to play on her phone. She never once came back to check if the food was fine.
I asked for onions to be added to my scrambled eggs and the cook just dump a bunch of raw red onions on top of the eggs. Never saw a supervisor or manager walking around.

Great service at the bar was no problem. The food quality on the other hand, was entirely disappointing. This Le Dip sounded appetizing on paper but was absolutely disgusting and lacking in any flavor. The fries were burnt and basically stuck together with a very old, used oil taste. I would have been more satisfied with a French Dip from Arby's.

Subpar food and rude then completely AWOL service. Sad. Don’t bother. Grab a coffee and cold croissant from Starbucks right next door instead.
They charged me $5 tip for a beer, the only order I made. This is the usual practice for them, based on other reviewers' comments. They took my credit card and never presented me a receipt to sign.
It's a crazy busy place, so I just wanted to get out of there. I later found out they just added the $5 tip without my permission. Watch for the scam and pay in cash if you have to.
For an airport, the escargot was actually pretty good and not too bad of a price! You can easily spend 17$ on some absolutely terrible food at an airport, so the fact that this tastes this good for this price is worth writing a review for! Make sure you shake the little shells and get all that good stuff out, the meat gets stuck in the back…

***AVOID*** - Dulles International Airport location.
Mistakes were made, and I am here to confess them. Also, no idea what childhood trauma did the servers working here went through that caused them to be so MEAN to the customers ? - like what happened to them to be this way.
Let's start at the beginning - I first mistake I made was just deciding to visit their location in Dulles Airport.
Once, there I ordered a salad and the leaves were wilted and the food looked super stale. My wife ordered their Atelier Burger and few bites it she felt nauseous ? I don't think they maintain proper sanitary standards in the kitchen. They would benefit from a visit by the health inspector.
To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude. First off, my wife and I had to wait for 40 min to get our food. Later, when pointed to the server that salad look stale, she argued with me. I reconciled because a) I was hungry and b) my boarding was about to start.
Because the service was so poor so I left a $5 tip. When she saw that the server came back to fight me about the tip! Imagine the gall!
The only reason why I am writing this review is to make sure that no one else is subjected to this bad behaviour that ruins their trip.

They don't offer malt vinegar, lol.
So they should call it fried fish and french fries.

Manager helped clear the situation but the people employed here are the reason this place is 2 stars, attitude over asking a question? Can tell some of these people working there got the brains for goldfish and obviously never graduated middle school otherwise you’d be getting another job with the way some of you are unhappy there, the customers don’t force you to work there y’all.
Everything was OK until she want me to add more five dollars on my tip so my tip was five dollars but she said the tips supposed to be 15% or more, I think it’s no rule for that but she insist to add the five dollars and I add it finally.

The waitress stole my money!!! I am absolutely disgusted by the fact she forced me to tip her more than what I could afford. I am a young mom with 2 young children and I paid the $79 bill with a $100 bill, I asked for $10 back and she could keep the other half for a tip. Never mind that tipping is NOT MANDATORY, she kept on saying “the bill is $79 and you only gave $100.” She kept beating around the bush, stating that we were not tipping her enough. Absolutely ridiculous. She finally gave me $5 bill back, in which at this time I wanted all $20 back. In my currency, that’s like $30 CAD!!! It’s astonishing how she forced me to tip her more than I could afford. I still needed to buy my kids milk for the flight back home so their ears wouldn’t hurt. I would never want anyone to go and experience that unless you want to get robbed. Im so upset, I didn’t have time to speak to management. I’m very disappointed for this theft because I never wanted to leave anything at this point, as she did not deserve a tip at all for her attitude and her stealing my money by not giving me my change that I asked for.

The food tasted awful. The croissant seems to have been 6 months old or more. It was hard and dry with a nasty stale taste. The begels, same terrible. The service was completely inflexible and unwilling to help. You'll get better customer service at McDonald's and better quality food, too. The cream cheese they gave us, was opened and crusty!

Awful in every way. The guy behind the bar spent the whole time on the phone, ignoring customers (he thinks you can't tell as he's using airpods). Communication is a real problem with the staff. Didn't eat but it looked pretty awful. Unwashed plates stacked under the bar.
