Over the past several months I’ve noticed prices are increasing at all locations yet customer service has decreased. Also, I’m noticing a very concerning trend at all your locations. They’re PACKING their iced coffees with ice. I’m finishing my coffee before I even leave the parking lot!! This is a sickening business practice in my opinion. Higher prices and less product. The best way you can improve dunkin' donuts, especially the Dunkin donuts on 1241 ten rod road North Kingstown Rhode Island is to get rid of that tip jar!!!! I don't know why some of your places have tip jars but most don't, the ones they do have tip jars, it sucks! Because you pay full money for your drink, andthe barista's expect a tip. Harker heights TX location absolutely awful. made me wait about 20 min for an avocado toast and half a dozen glazed donuts... okay fine I was polite and patient but they messaed up both of the food orders which I didnt notice until driving away and were incredibly rude. Shutting the window when I was trying to say something. Their faces showing how angry they were for whatever reason....
