I work in Chantilly and have dined at Lazy Dog many times. The food and service are consistently good. Today, I want to give a special shout out to Assistant Manager Lauren! I ordered delivery online. Door Dash picked up my order, "accidentally" marked it delivered, and wouldn't accept my delivery address from me or return my order to the restaurant. Although Lazy Dog was absolutely not at fault, Lauren remade my order, didn't charge me, and even threw in a dessert for my trouble - trouble that she did not cause! I really, really appreciated her excellent customer service. It was above and beyond. Thanks Lauren!

Decor feels on the more refined side of a typical American family restaurant. If it's the first visit by anyone at the table, an order of waffle fries are on the house. Greg, the manager, came out to deliver them to the table and chat. Needless to say service was very personable. Quality of the food was above what I expected and overall a good experience.Wheelchair accessibility: No big door lips or curb cuts from the parking to negotiate and plenty of room to manoeuvre between tables.

I'm writing a second review for the delivery experience. Lazy Dog offers a late-night menu (more like a late happy hour), where you get to choose from a 12item menu at 60% of the price. I placed an order for a 9pm delivery, and got to track it live on their website. Order arrived on time and all items tasted as delicious as they would at the restaurant.Will definitely order delivery again.

This is the Go To spot for happy hour or any hour. The food is top-notch. Highly recommend the bacon candy. Drinks are not overpriced and super delicious. There are so many offerings. I highly recommend enjoying patio seating with a group of your favorite people. The fire pit makes it feel like you're on your own back deck. The staff is the absolute best. Always striving to bring the customers excellent service.If you are searching for a great spot for date night or a get-together, this is it.Parking: The location offers a large parking lot.

If your in Chantilly VA, make sure to eat dinner at the Lazy Dog. The air was cool and just perfect for an outdoor patio meal next to a raging fire.I had the bison meatloaf with mashed potatoes and spinach. My waiter said it was one of his favorites and I can see why. What a delicious meal!! Excellent service too.

Came in for dinner on Tuesday night and this is the second time trying Lazy Dog. We were blown away this go round! Tony, our server, gave us impeccable service with great recommendations like the crispy deviled eggs, the smoked bacon old fashion, and the goat cheese(all things out of our comfort zone) and loved every bit! We never saw him stop moving and he always kept our drinks filled and kept a smile on our face, as well as his. 10/10 will come back!

I went to the Fair Oaks location and had dinner and it was fantastic. Came to the chantilly location and had lunch. Not really what I was expecting but I’m very picky. With that being said, Kayla the manager jumped in and was super nice and made everything right. Despite a small bump in the road Kayla made everything better. I will definitely come back to this place just because of how they handle picky customers like me. ??
What a wonderful place to come with your dog! their patio is perfect, even on the freezing cold day! they have perfected the patio environment. Food is all awesome. Menu is extensive, but all the food us delicious!

Lazy Dog is a good spot. Has a nice rustic aesthetic without feeling cheap or forced. I only ding the food and service one star because I expect a little more at their price point. The quality is good and they are keen to take care of you while you're there. I'm just left wanting a little more of something in the hospitality and value departments. They could stand to come down a bit on drinks. They're not outrageously priced, but I wouldn't say any of them seemed like a good value either. To be sure drinks are generally expensive, but these nudge a touch too high.The food is kind of eclectic but always tasty. Recently tried the Katsu sando and was pleased with the flavors. Their bowls are good as well. Their burgers are not really my thing. But if you're into novelty, they have a PBandJ burger that my friend really enjoys.
