Stumbled upon this place on the way back from a hike in the area. Who would have guessed Chantilly VA would have the best bbq I’ve ever had?? We got the spare ribs, smoked pork belly, kimchi pimento snack, and the smoked chili sausage. EVERYTHING was 10/10. My favorite was the pork belly which has this sweet crunchy crust that was absolute crack. For reference, we’ve had bbq in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, the Carolina’s, and more and this is hands down the most moist and flavorful....read full review
Really good BBQ and a large selection of good beer. I only had the opportunity to try a few beers, but the ones I tried were good. The pulled pork was some of the best I've had in the region.

We got take out for the first time from here! The roast beef with horseradish on a cheddar cheese roll is PHENOMENAL! The roast beef is fork tender!! Highly recommend 👌
