Barista seems to never say good morning to me but I watched her at least 5-7 times her say good morning to other Caucasian customers. I wanted to wait until I had "proof" Today I was made to wait for my coffee to put a older white customers order ahead of me! They didnt think saw what they did!.Just to make sure.... bought coffee at (2) other Peets locations and the staff were welcoming and friendly..Further they didnt treat each customer different.I wont be going back here!

Tried the Holiday Spice Latte for the first time, so good. Not too sweet, full of classic 'holiday spice' flavors, and has a delicious black licorice undertone. Espresso is smooth and sweet, not burnt at all. Can't wait to try other Peet's creations!

I've used this coffee shop early in the morning before continuing education seminars nearby and have found the staff to be very nice. It's a corporate coffee place and the food and stuff is normal for such an establishment - but the staff here have been great, which is commendable.

I am a California native and have frequented Peet's Coffee for years. I was so happy to see NoVA now has Peet's stand-alone locations and hope they continue to grow further south into VA (not just inside Capital One buildings). Their coffee and flavor selections are like no other coffee shop. Their food is also great! I highly recommend you try Peet's Coffee next time you see one. This particular location had great service, store was super clean, music was at appropriate level, and the amount of time it took to fill my order (over $50) was fast.

Was dropping off a friend at Dulles and found Peet’s coffee 10 min away. Highly recommend this shop. Atmosphere is incredible. Very spacious, and coffee is good. A person I was with got the tea and loved that as well.
