Ordered ube vanilla latte with oatmilk and got a ube matcha latte. The staff was nice and switched it out but no money back on the difference and ended up paying $9 for a medium ube vanilla latte. I also saw him remake it with almond milk and not oat :/
Really liked Peet’s Café! It’s spacious, and the outdoor terrace is a nice touch if someone wants to sit outside and relax. I’ve been here twice now and both times the hot drinks and food were really good. The menu I think, is a bit smaller compared to other cafés, but everything I’ve tried met my expectations. Only small downside is they only have two bottled water options (sparkling or still). Overall, a chill spot I’d definitely come back to.
Employees sanitize their steaming wands with sanitizer rags inside a plastic cup, as well as their matcha that just sits I’m a plastic cup for who knows how long that I was served.
Outside beverages from a Barista were also on the counter.
The actual craft of the beverage was mediocre.
Place could use some attention.
