“I read the other reviews and feel kind of perplexed. I’ve always had great food and service here. It’s yummy pretzels- it’s not that complicated. I’ve had really kind service by the staff here as well. In 2025 it’s priced accordingly compared to other things. I have had trouble one time at another location with the app, so that’s more of a corporate thing… but the staff at the other location still fixed it.“

“I got the 2 pretzel dogs for $7 deal and man those pretzel dogs were amazing, the pretzel wrapping it was soft and buttery but also a bit chewy (in a good way) I ate those hotdogs so fast I seriously am so happy I got them and because I asked for the cheese pretzel dogs and they were out I was given a cheese dip and it was actually pretty good I also got a strawberry lemonade cause they didn't have the watermelon frost and it was pretty good too“

“If you're looking for pretzels nostalgic of visiting the mall and stumbling on a haven of goodness while dead tired and way too stressed, this is the place. Because being in an airport is exactly like that and these pretzels are superb. They were thick, fresh, salty, and surprisingly reasonably priced for airport food. Extremely filling as well, the pretzel bites bucket easily feeds a starving and sleep deprived flier. Could probably feed two kids. The cheese was good, the dipping sauce had variety, and even the lemonade came in clutch with multiple flavors. This place was great, and the staff were extremely friendly, chipper and helpful. They also speak Spanish, which is good in an airport so international. For any weary traveler in search of filling, pretzely goodness, this is a perfect fit.“
